Archbishop Oscar H. Lip- scomb purchased the first ticket to the annual Jacket Jubilee from ticket chairmen Margaret Bender and Mimsey Perrien. Sister Martha Diericks, L.S.P., celebrated her 101st birthday and was named an honorary county commissioner for her 25 years of service in Mobile. McGill-Toolen volleyball coach Becky Dickinson was hon- ored for 20 years of service as the volleyball coach. The 1991-1992 National High School Sports record book listed her as the win- ningest high school girls’ volley- ball coach. Jason Sullivan, a junior at Mc- Gill-Toolen, was awarded a full grant-in-aid to swimwith the City of Mobile SwimAssociation. Thomas J.Murrick of Prattville was named new youth director at St. Ignatius Parish in Mobile. National Honor Society of- ficers for McGill-Toolen were: Jenelle McAtee, president; Victo- ria Partridge, secretary-treasurer; Shannon Mulroy, secretary; and Courtney Quinlivan, treasurer. The Office of Religious Edu- cation announced the certification of 59 newly certified catechists for the Archdiocese of Mobile.
