Rodi holds a palm during a Palm Sunday procession on April 13. Mass began outside the Cathedral at Cathedral Square before the faithful processed into the church. Palm Sunday marks the beginning of HolyWeek. Chrism Mass Deacon Todd Martin carries an urn containing the Oil of Catechumens during the Chrism Mass on April 15. Archbishop Rodi blessed the Oil of Catechumens and the Oil of the Sick, and consecrated the Holy Chrism for priests to use in their service this year. Priests at the Mass also renewed their commitment to ministry.
